Chocolate Variations

  • While dark chocolate contrasts the salty pretzel, you can also use semi-sweet or milk chocolate. (I prefer the dark!)
  • Melting wafers are another great option, as they harden quickly and provide a glossy finish.

Topping Ideas

If you want to switch up the flavors, try topping them with:

  • Chopped nuts
  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Drizzled white chocolate

Why Chilling Before Dipping Matters

Chilling the pretzel sandwiches before dipping them in chocolate helps them hold their shape and prevents the peanut butter from becoming too soft.
