Why Using Rotisserie Chicken Is a Game-Changer

Using rotisserie chicken reduces your prep time, so you can focus on other things during busy weeknights. I like to buy a 3-pound pack of shredded rotisserie chicken and freeze them in one-pound bags. If you don’t have a Costco nearby, no worries—a rotisserie chicken from your local grocery store works perfectly. You can also use shredded chicken breasts as a homemade option.
