  1. In a food processor, crush the Oreos. Set about 4-6 Oreos aside to use as a topping if you prefer! Depending on how large your food processor is, you might have to do this in steps and place the crumbs into a large bowl. Pulsing the Oreos helps to crush them evenly.
  2. Once the Oreos are crumbs, melt the butter in a large pot and add the marshmallows. Stir until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Quickly pour the melted marshmallows into the Oreo crumbs and stir. This mixture will harden quickly as it cools.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies (approx. 14 ounces), separated
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Bag (approx. 10 oz.) Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 oz. White Chocolate Chips (use 8 oz. if you want to cover the entire top instead of drizzling), melted

Instructions

  1. Grease or line with parchment paper, a square 8" x 8" baking pan.
  2. Set aside 4 Oreos to be used as topping later. In a food processor, crush the remaining package of Oreos. We recommend using the pulse function. Set aside the Oreo crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large pot, melt the butter and add the marshmallows. Stir until smooth and melted.
  4. Quickly, pour the melted marshmallows mixture into the Oreo crumbs and stir. This will harden quickly as the marshmallows cool.
  5. Pour the Oreo and marshmallow mixture into the pre-greased square pan.
    Using your hand or the bottom of a measuring cup, press the mixture down. Allow it to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Coarsely chop the remaining 4 Oreos. Once Oreo mixture is cooled and set, drizzle with the melted chocolate and top with the remaining Oreos. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.



Notes

Drizzle the top with 4 ounces of melted white chocolate chips. If you prefer a full layer of white chocolate topping, use 8 ounces of chips.
